  • Airlines now offer complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi to eligible passengers through their loyalty programs – and T-Mobile helps make that possible. T-Mobile sponsors this Wi-Fi experience in partnership with Delta, Alaska, Hawaiian and Southwest, helping make free connectivity possible (where available on select Wi-Fi enabled aircraft). Passengers must sign up for participating airline loyalty programs to access.

  • T-Mobile sponsors free in-flight Wi‑Fi on select Wi‑Fi-enabled flights with Delta, Alaska, Hawaiian, and Southwest through those airlines’ loyalty programs. Availability depends on the airline, aircraft, and route.

  • Anyone with a free loyalty account for a participating airline can use free in-flight Wi‑Fi on eligible flights. Availability depends on the airline’s program and whether the aircraft is equipped to offer the service.

  • Join the airline’s free loyalty program before your flight. On board, turn on Airplane Mode, connect to the airline’s Wi‑Fi network, and sign in with your airline loyalty account to access available in-flight Wi‑Fi.

  • Available messaging may include SMS and supported messaging apps such as iMessage, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger. Support for MMS and RCS can vary by airline and flight.

  • Free in-flight Wi‑Fi can typically be used on smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Device compatibility may vary depending on the airline’s onboard Wi‑Fi system and the type of service available on your flight.

  • On some flights that do not offer a free airline-sponsored option, eligible T-Mobile customers on qualifying plans may still be able to use T-Mobile In-Flight Connection on supported aircraft for a limited time. Availability varies by airline, aircraft, and plan.
